As a Senior UX Designer at Interone, my tenure was marked by project leadership and a strong focus on cultivating design teams. Managing and growing design teams, consistently implementing and promoting UX best practices to elevate our collective output. My leadership was particularly evident in key initiatives, including spearheading the Lead Design role for complex projects such as the BMW Stock Locator dashboard.
This involved extensive and fruitful collaboration with engineering teams and external partners, most notably with BMW's dedicated technical team, ensuring seamless integration and superior user experiences. Lead in the redesign and ongoing management of robust design libraries and comprehensive component/design systems. This strategic effort significantly enhanced efficiency, consistency, and scalability across all our digital product development, reflecting a strong command of both UX design strategy and project management skills
